A beautiful Victorian-style home on a working alpaca farm, this great old house was in need of a great new room (or two).  The addition increases the house's square footage by nearly 50%, but feels like even more due to the double-height ceilings, exposed beams and clerestory windows.  A custom stone fireplace adds some cozy warmth into a bright, soaring new space.
