Located on 90 acres in Livingston Manor, NY, The Catskill Project redefines what it means to live and build in harmony with nature. We’ve married the principles of Passive House design with the efficiency & quality control of off-site panelized wall systems, carbon tracking, renewable energy, and master craftsmanship—all to deliver peak-performance homes of unprecedented beauty in record time.

The Balsam, featured here, is one of four Passive House designed models developed for the project. To date, three Balsam builds and three Red Hill builds have been completed. The first Balsam build received PHI Low Energy Building certification in 2025, and PHIUS Certification is currently being pursued for the first Red Hill build, as well.
