The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance brings visual, performance, literary and media arts programs to the Delaware River Valley, a few hours drive from New York City.  Their home, in the town of Narrowsburg, is an historic former hotel built in 1894.  As part of a long-term strategic planning step, DVAA commissioned us to look into programming options for the upper stories of the building, currently used for storage.
