This comprehensive rehabilitation project, included extensive structural remediation, moisture mitigation, and waterproofing at the roof and basement level of each of four buildings that are part of this cooperative. The scope of work included full roof replacement, skylight replacement, railing replacement, and stair bulkhead extension. Careful detailing to mitigate thermal bridging and moisture penetration through party walls, included wrapping all roof elements in a blanket of continuous rigid insulation and a Kemper liquid waterproofing system.
