It might not be glamorous but having a healthy, waterproof, insulated roof is incredibly important. Work for this small co-op building included removing the existing roof, abating asbestos layers, repairing and raising existing parapets and installing a new insulated Kemper liquid membrane roofing system. Careful waterproofing, draining and structural detailing were critical to the success of this technical project.
