The Lightship Frying Pan is a historic lightship turned New York City food and drink hotspot. BMA was involved in the early permitting and renovation phases for this conversion in the late 1990s - early 2000s. Since then, the boat and barge in tandem have been developed into a full-service seasonal restaurant and event venue.
